Town of Palm Beach Marina Construction remains on schedule with the following highlights for the month of July:

1. Marina excavation and fill disposal at Tarpon Cove is ongoing – 78,000 tons of material have been excavated from the marina.
2. Brazilian Building doors and windows are installed and the decorative elements are also being added. 
3. Concrete cap and facings are in progress.
4. Palm Way Dock utilities are in the process of being installed with power pedestals and switch cabinets placed on the docks.
5. Brazilian Dock utilities remain in progress and power pedestals and switch cabinets are being placed on the docks.
6. Australian Dock delivery and installation is ongoing. The main gangway including the ramp leading off the bulkhead is in place with finger piers being installed. Power pedestals and switch cabinets will be installed in the next two months.
7. Peruvian Dock deliveries are in progress.
8. Upland electrical conduit work continues.
9. Peruvian Building vertical construction is complete. Doors and windows are installed.
10. Lake Drive Park improvement project is underway with sidewalks and curbing installation ongoing. Landscape plan is completed and material is in the process of being installed.
