Town of Palm Beach Marina Construction remains on schedule with the following highlights for the month of June:

1. Marina excavation and fill disposal at Tarpon Cove is ongoing – over 460 barge loads of material have been excavated from the marina.
2. Brazilian Building doors and windows are installed and the decorative elements are being added. 
3. Concrete cap and facings are in progress.
4. Palm Way Dock utilities are being installed with power pedestals and switch cabinets placed on the docks.
5. Brazilian Dock utilities remain in progress and power pedestals and switch cabinets are being installed on the docks.
6. Australian Dock delivery and installation is ongoing. The main gangway including the ramp leading off the bulkhead is in place with finger piers being installed. Power pedestals and switch cabinets will be installed in the next two months.
7. Upland electrical conduit work continues.
8. Peruvian Building vertical construction is complete. Doors and windows coming soon!
9. Lake Drive Park improvement project is underway with sidewalks and curbing installation ongoing. Landscape plan is completed and material is in the process of being selected and tagged for a September installation.
