Whether you’re visiting for a few days, the weekend or the season, the Town is brimming with options, including great dining, unique local shops, historic locations and of course our Intracoastal and oceanfront shorelines. Keep reading for an insider’s guide to making the most of your stay!

OUTDOOR & FITNESS ADVENTURES
When in Palm Beach make the most of the great outdoors and get active, with golf, tennis, and more, all with complimentary access when you dock at the Marina. Spend the day chipping away the green and practice your swing at the oceanfront Par 3 golf course, a 39-acre gem featuring 18-holes ranging from 81 to 211 yards. Perfect for all skill levels, its equal parts challenge and relaxation. Visit their fully stocked golf shop on the first floor and the restaurant on the second, with ocean views and a house special “golf-ball” appetizer – #iykyk. If golf isn’t your sport of choice, explore the Seaview and Phipps Ocean Park Tennis Centers, featuring Har-Tru courts that cater to enthusiasts of all levels (you can now easily reserve courts in advance through the Play by Point app). Get fit and stay fab in their branded apparel that you can purchase onsite at both centers. For a broader range of activities, the Morton and Barbara Mandel Recreation Center offers daily group fitness classes, basketball, and pickleball. After your workout, be sure to check out their quaint Seaview Café for grab-and-go sandwiches, espresso, locally crafted Italian gelato and more. You can also take a leisurely stroll, scenic bike ride or walk along the Lake Drive Park trail, adjacent to our Marina – it also makes a great spot for a picnic.

SHOP & STROLL
Just a short walk from the Marina, Worth Avenue stands out as a premier shopping and dining district, renowned for its blend of 250 upscale boutiques, art galleries, and culinary treasures. Stroll through the iconic street’s quaint, pedestrian-only alleyways for big names like Saks, Louis Vuitton, and Tiffany & Co. Then there are the one-of-a-kind brick and mortars stores of brands like Stubbs & Wootton (handmade slippers), Casa Branca (vintage home décor) and Il Papiro (stationary). Palm Beach-original specialty shops like Lilly Pulitzer are the real jewels – look closely and you’ll spot her ‘Lilly” signature hidden in the whimsical designs. Don’t miss Kassatly’s, the oldest shop on the island  (opened in 1923) selling imported and domestic linens, designer lingerie, sweaters, and menswear. Even if retail therapy isn’t on your agenda, Worth Avenue’s architecture and picturesque courtyards make it a delightful place to wander and window shop. For an additional dose of style, head to The Royal Poinciana Plaza. This luxury garden like shopping destination features a selection of high-end boutiques, including Kirna Zabête, La Ligne, and Veronica Beard.

DINE & UNWIND
Whether you’re dining aboard your yacht docked at the Marina or exploring the Town, Palm Beach offers exceptional breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner options to tantalize your tastebuds, from sushi to classic Italian trattorias. Buccan, a trendy eatery known for its vibrant atmosphere and inventive small plates, offers a modern take on global flavors. Don’t miss their “little sister” next door, Imoto, known for its incredible Asian small plates, including sushi, sashimi, dumplings, and tempura. If French cuisine is calling, visit Café Boulud and their stunning onyx bar located in the Brazilian Court Hotel for over 20 years, or La Goulue for its classic bistro ambiance with leather booths and frosted glass – be sure to try their renowned onion soup. Step back in time and sip a chocolate milkshake at Green’s Pharmacy, a charming, retro-style diner serving up classic American comfort food with a nostalgic flair. For Italian fare, Renato’s is serving up classic dishes like homemade Gnocchi con Burrata, Ravioli Alla Caprese, and Fettuccine con Pollo e Spinaci. For a sweet and refreshing treat, Piccolo Gelato offers a delightful end to your dining journey with its artisanal gelato, sorbetto, and bon bons.

SUN, SAND, & SEA
For the quintessential beach day, our pristine stretch of Atlantic shoreline offers a serene escape where you can sunbathe, swim, snorkel or simply enjoy a leisurely walk along the shore. The beach is well-maintained and provides amenities such as showers and picnic areas, making it an ideal spot for a day in the sun. At the eastern end of Worth Avenue, the ocean awaits with the island’s landmark Clock Tower, the perfect place to enjoy stunning sunrises. Originally built to commemorate the Palm Beach Pier, which was destroyed by a series of hurricanes, the Clock Tower now symbolizes that while time moves on, Palm Beach’s magical charm remains timeless.

ARTS & CULTURE
Palm Beach boasts a rich cultural landscape with several must-visit museums and gardens. The Flagler Museum, once the opulent mansion of industrialist Henry Flagler, offers a fascinating glimpse into the area’s history. The 75-room estate, formerly known as Whitehall, features white marble steps and towering columns. The museum provides guided tours, changing exhibits, and special programs. Visitors can view Flagler’s private railcar on display. Pan’s Garden, a hidden gem, is Florida’s only botanic garden dedicated solely to native plants, offering a serene and free experience for nature lovers. For those who admire three-dimensional art, the Galleria of Sculpture presents a diverse collection of tactile installations. And the Society of the Four Arts enriches the cultural landscape with its elegant gardens, exquisite sculptures, and a diverse range of literary, musical, and visual arts events, including thought-provoking lectures and captivating performances.

For an immersive art experience, visit the Pollack Fine Art Gallery, which showcases stunning Florida and tropical paintings by artists such as Orville Bulman and A. E. Backus. For a fusion of art and pop culture, explore Taglialatella Galleries, or journey through the ages with renowned artists like Cézanne, Monet, Picasso, Degas, and Basquiat at Acquavella Galleries. The Contessa Gallery presents an eclectic mix of modern, post-war, and contemporary art. For more details or more art spaces in Palm Beach, check out our Art of Yachting Blog. Also, a short drive away, the Norton Museum of Art in West Palm Beach features an impressive collection of American, European, and Chinese art, reflecting the region's artistic heritage. For a bit of culture, check the program at the Kravis Center for concerts, ballet, opera, and symphony shows.

WHERE TO STAY
If you want a break from your yacht (much as you love it) and want to spend a night in the quiet elegance of a Palm Beach hotel room and bed, the Town offers several exquisite hotels that cater to a range of tastes and preferences. And all are located just a stone’s throw away from our Marina. For a charming and vintage escape, the Colony Hotel is an ideal choice. The recently refreshed boutique hotel, famously known as the Pink Paradise, boasts vintage flair with its pink-hued façade and de Gournay wallpaper – reminiscent of a Slim Aarons postcard. For a more private and intimate retreat, the Brazilian Court provides tranquility with its lush tropical courtyards, secluded gardens and beautifully restored Spanish Colonial architecture, complete with a butter-hued building and terracotta roof. For those preferring a more modern aesthetic, the White Elephant blends chic contemporary design with a relaxed island vibe (while the footprint and façade of the original structure remain, the interior has been entirely reimagined.) For stunning ocean views, private beaches, and a luxurious spa experience, consider EAU Palm Beach Resort & Spa or The Breakers. Founded in 1896, The Breakers is the island's grandest historic hotel, offering seaside glamour, and a world-class experience.

Palm Beach is full of finds and places to relax your mind, quiet elegance and sophistication, and Florida outdoor relaxation. Stay a while or come back again and again with your yacht docked at our Marina, and make our Town your home for your visit.
