After two years and a $40 million state of the art renovation, our town is ready to offer world-class yacht owners front row access and welcome vessels from 60 to 294 feet to the one and only public marina in the Palm Beaches. It is only steps away the famed Worth Avenue, Palm Beach’s landmark shopping and dining district, which features an array of luxury boutiques and al fresco dining.
First constructed in the 1940s, the docks have been expanded and updated, but the last major renovations were conducted between 1993 and 1998. The Town recognized that an upgrade to the Town Docks was necessary. The Marina now includes 84 slips, located along the classic Australian, Brazilian, and Peruvian docks, while introducing the new 250-foot Royal Palm Dock. The enhanced master plan includes a floating dock system and a suite of technological upgrades such as high-speed Wi-Fi, enhanced shore power, and state-of-the-art security systems. Boaters can now easily reserve annual, seasonal, or transient dockage using the online service Dockwa via the Town Marina website.
“We are excited to welcome guests to the new Palm Beach Marina and introduce our upgraded amenities and services,” said Mike Horn, the Marina Dockmaster. “We look forward to showcasing what the marina has to offer, and I know that we will meet the expectations of our select clientele and enhance the luxury offerings of The Town of Palm Beach.”
The Town Council’s visionary plan to reimagine the old docks into a state-of-the-art super-yacht facility stays true to the values of Palm Beach, and is now complete.
Enjoy 3 miles of public beaches, and enjoy complimentary access to exclusive neighboring facilities, including the oceanfront Par 3 Golf Course, the recently updated health and wellness facilities at the Morton and Barbara Mandel Recreation Center, and the Town’s 13 premier tennis courts.
Whether you’re planning your journey south or looking for a more permanent home, we hope to see you all at the newly opened Town of Palm Beach Marina. Happy yachting!
