Come this November, local and visiting yachters in the glitzy town of Palm Beach, Fla., will have a newly upgraded world-class public marina that befits the island’s over-the-top reputation. The Town of Palm Beach reports it is nearing an unveiling of a multimillion-dollar renovation of its marina facilities. By all reports, the $40 million in upgrades and improvements have transformed the town’s classic docks into a cutting-edge global-grade yachting center that can host vessels from 60 feet to a super-yacht-sized 294 feet.
“The Town of Palm Beach Marina is proud to reintroduce a new state-of-the-art landmark facility that will further elevate the classic Palm Beach lifestyle,” said Mike Horn, the marina’s dockmaster. “The impressive enhancements and upgraded world-class amenities will provide patrons with a best-in-class experience.”
