Trees are adorned with twinkling lights and Gilded Age-style ornaments add an extra layer of charm –including at the Town Marina. As we wrap up the year, it's time to kick back, reflect, express gratitude, and celebrate all the big and special moments that made 2023 memorable at our world-class facility. It's been a ride worth celebrating!

New Year, New Look, Same Great Marina
This past November marked our second anniversary since the $40 million-dollar renovation and upgrade in 2021, offering patrons contemporary conveniences, including high-speed WiFi, concrete floating docks, expanded shore power, state-of-the-art security systems, and more. Here’s to a fabulous third year of our cutting-edge Marina.

Palm Beachers In The Know
We launched our new marketing campaign in October, “If You Know, You Know (#IYKYK),” inspired by the popular catchphrase and Palm Beach’s iconic “quiet luxury.” #IYKYK is about cherishing those subtle things that make life a little chicer. And our new initiative is all about celebrating the insider knowledge that makes the Town so special, including our ever-popular Marina. 

It’s All About The People
‍At the Town of Palm Beach Marina, we value the community and focus on the people who make it thrive. One of our ongoing social media series, Making Waves, highlighted a Palm Beach or Marina personality. From the charismatic Mayor Danielle Moore to the dynamic Recreation Director Mark Bresnahan, and from the insightful historian Leslie Diver to gallerist and resident Nick Hissom – it's a journey through the diverse characters shaping our community.

Va Va Va… Real Estate
‍Palm Beach, renowned as one of South Florida's most exclusive and sought-after communities, is home to some of the most sizzling real estate in the country. While the glamorous mansions and chic condos have always been the talk of the Town, there is a new trend emerging – our Marina slips! The Palm Beach Marina was featured in several stories including Boat International's article about the Race for Space and the demand for slips in Florida and The New York Post's Marina Mania article highlighting the superyacht influx.

It's All Smooth Sailing At Our Marina
Our best-performing blog was a glimpse into our meticulous storm preparation protocols during South Florida’s hurricane season. The Marina team leaves no stone unturned in their mission to ensure the safety of our valued residents and visitors – and of course, their valuable yachts.

Commitment To The Environment
‍Palm Beach Illustrated featured our Marina as Squeaky Green! Our commitment to sustainability and protecting the oceans, especially the Florida waterways, is a year-round mission. We are a proud member of the Clean Marina Program, a voluntary initiative that encourages marinas to adopt best practices for protecting the environment.

Global Recognition: Making A Splash
The Robb Report highlighted our Marina alongside global harbors in their article From Palm Beach To Montenegro, acknowledging our presence in the superyacht scene. The story stated, “…the new marina marks a decisive turning point, one that will see Palm Beach compete with Fort Lauderdale and Miami for the yachting set.”

Cue The Confetti
‍We won the "Building and Growing" award from Marina Dock Age. It was a testament to the dedication of our staff, the quality of our facilities, and the exceptional experiences we provide to our guests. These accolades not only serve as a source of pride for the Palm Beach Marina’s team but also reinforce our commitment to maintaining the highest standards in the industry. We were also awarded the 2023 Boater’s Choice Award by Marinas.com.
